In accordance with the European Union’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) and the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products Regulation (PRIIPs), Key Information Documents (KIDs) must be made available to retail clients prior to any transaction.
KIDs provide non-professional investors with standardised, concise information on the key features, nature, risks, and costs associated with financial instruments. They are designed to help retail investors understand and compare different investment products.
As a client of BTG Pactual, you may access KIDs for a range of financial instruments—including collective investment schemes, structured products, and bonds—through the search function on this microsite. To retrieve a KID, please enter the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the product in the search field. The ISIN can typically be found in the documentation issued by the product’s manufacturer.
Printed copies of KIDs are also available upon request from your relationship manager.
